Fullerton College Radio And Television Broadcast Technician Certificate The Radio and Television Broadcast Technician Certificate Program requires the completion of 29 units of which 26 units are in required courses.  An additional 3 units must be chosen from the restricted electives. A minimum grade of C is required in each course taken.
